Tell us the address and the estate
The postcode tells us where. The block or estate name tells us whose permission we need, which is the part that takes time.
Include the block or estate name if there is one. It is the single most useful thing in a first email, because it tells us who we will be writing to.

By email, once we have been through what you have sent — normally within a working day or two. If you already have a date agreed, say so and we will treat it as urgent, because the notice periods are the constraint rather than our diary.
