Removals Epsom

A Access regime A

Your own front door

Controlled by You

The simplest regime in Epsom, and a large part of the town: a freehold house with a drive, where the only person whose permission matters is you.

What permission is actually needed

Nothing formal. You own the threshold, the drive is yours, and no third party has a say in when a vehicle arrives or how long it stands there.

The one practical constraint is the street itself. Much of Stoneleigh and the Ewell side is narrow interwar terracing and semis with cars parked both sides, and a drive that fits a family car does not necessarily fit a removal vehicle.

Where the street is genuinely tight we check turning space and, occasionally, have a quiet word with a neighbour. That is a courtesy rather than a permission.

Our part

What we handle under this regime

  • 1 A survey that measures the drive and the street, not just the rooms
  • 2 Loft, garage and shed inventoried as their own spaces
  • 3 Dismantling and reassembly of anything built in the room
  • 4 A straightforward day, planned around the school run rather than around a managing agent
